Returns
We hope that by providing sufficient information to you, that you will be able to make the right choices and that there will be no need to return items. However mistakes happened and you have the right to cancel your order and return items to us for a period of 7 days.
Subject to conditions, myschoolstyle.com provides you with an extended period of 14 days during which you can return items to us for refund or exchange. Outside this extended period, returns are not normally accepted and in the instances where we choose to do so we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking charge and to recover our original P&P costs. Where all items on an order are returned for refund then we consider that the P&P element of your order has been completed. In this instance we will deduct the carriage charges or £2.49 (whichever is the higher) from any refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and to qualify for a refund or exchange all goods must be in the same condition as they were when we sent them to you, unwashed, unused, fully resaleable and in their original undamaged packaging.
This provision does not apply to garments which have been customised for your order, for example, by the addition of embroidery or in any other way made to order. In these instances we will ordinarily exchange for a different size of the same garment.
