Returns
We hope that by providing sufficient information to you, that you will be able to make the right choices and that there will be no need to return items. However we recognise that mistakes happen and aim to be as flexible as possible.
Subject to conditions, School Style provides you with an extended period of up to 14 days during which you can return items to us for refund or exchange. Outside this period returns are not normally accepted and in the instances where we choose to do so we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking charge and to recover our original carriage costs.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to School Style. Items that are returned by you through the postal system and which have insufficient or no postage stamp attached will not reach us and will be returned to you by Royal Mail.
To qualiy for either a refund or an exchange all returned goods must be in the same condition as they were when we sent them to you :
- Fully resaleable
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original undamaged packaging.
Requests for refund or exchange that fail to meet these criteria are normally declined.
This provision does not apply to garments which have been customised for your order, for example, by the addition of embroidery or in any other way made to order. In these instances no refunds are issued but we may exchange for a different size of the same garment.

When returning goods you should use the printed returns label on your invoice. When this is not possible any returned goods must be marked as 'Returned Goods' and sent to : School Style Ltd, The Old Barn, Holly House Estate, Middlewich Road, Cranage, Cheshire CW10 9LT clearly stating the original invoice number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned without identifying documentation.
